Parking

Main parking will be in the BROWN Lot.

Drop Off/PickUp will be located in the PINK Lot. 

ADA parking available in PINK Lot. 

There will be a parking fee.

Bags

Clear bags, limited to the size of 12”x12”x6”, maybe be brought into the venue. All bags will be thoroughly searched before entry with a bag is permitted.

Chairs

Chairs are NOT allowed at The KROCKATHON Reboot. Additional seating will be made available & anyone seeking additional accommodations can speak with security.

Food/Water

Factory sealed water bottles are permitted (up to a gallon). Small snack food items in clear Ziploc bags (nothing that requires utensils or has bones).

Service Animals

Certified service animals or service animals in training for guests with disabilities are welcome.  Each service animal must remain with its owner at all times, be housebroken and remain on a leash, harness, tether or otherwise under the owner/handler’s control. All other animals are prohibited unless specified by management. In New York State, Service Animals are defined as a dog trained to do work or perform a task(s) for a person with a disability. 

Conceal and Carry

NYS Fairgrounds does not allow weapons on our property. Guests should follow all applicable laws regarding securing a weapon in a vehicle if they have it on them when they arrive. The venue will not secure weapons and will take no responsibility for any weapons left in vehicles.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with venue policy, state and local laws. Any guest that is acting in a manner that venue management deems unsafe can be subject to eviction. If a guest violates a state or local law, he or she will be subject to any tickets or punishment deemed necessary by local law enforcement.

Overnight Parking

There is no overnight parking permitted at the venue. Any unauthorized vehicles on site prior to an event or after an event will be towed at the owners expense. No re-entry. 

Umbrellas

Umbrellas without a steel tip/point are permitted on rainy days.

NOT PERMITTED 

Wallet chains. Pocket knives. Fireworks. Bottles, dishes, drinking vessels, perfume or aftershave.

NYS fairgrounds does not allow smoking/vaping on grounds.
